The Associate Director will be a high energy individual who is able to interact with all levels of project and client teams, provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, and lead internal projects for team development. This role is integral to our business success and you will be working closely with the senior partners on a diverse range of pricing, strategic market access and training projects.


The role requires the ability to work well as part of a team but also be self-motivated to complete the tasks independently, using your own initiative where appropriate.

  • In-depth knowledge of pricing and market access processes and country systems, ideally with first-hand experience of implementing strategies and tactics
  • Establish long term client relationships and be a trusted advisor, seeking ways to add value beyond clients’ immediate requests and act on them
  • Develop new leads and business relationships, to establish new clients for the business
  • Drive the ongoing business development and proposal writing process, including participating in client pitches
  • Guide the strategic thinking and content creation of the team coupled with deliverable review and quality assurance to meet our high standards
  • Lead and managing projects to ensuring deliverables are achieved within stated timelines
  • Present to client audiences via teleconference or in face-to-face meetings
  • Coach, manage and support junior team members to ensure their continued development
  • Proactively develop knowledge of global pricing and market access systems and consulting methodologies

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, confident and have a flexible approach to work. You should be able to direct the project team, engaging with senior partners and interacting effectively at peer level with clients. Additionally, you must have excellent organisational skills including the ability to multi-task, prioritise work under pressure and meet conflicting deadlines. You will be willing to go the extra mile to support a diligent team of like-minded individuals.


  • At least four years prior pricing and market access expertise. Ideally global or EU level which can be either client side or consulting
  • Business development expertise (identifying new business opportunities or solutions)
  • Proven experience of successfully motivating, leading and managing teams
  • Proven excellence in project management, time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent work ethic, team-working and commitment to delivering high quality work
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional IT skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Willingness and desire to shape the culture of the business for the future and be highly motivated by achieving results
  • Commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial approach
