Paul Craddy is running the Cape Wrath Marathon, which is described as “probably the most demanding marathon on mainland Britain“ on 18th May, trying to raise as much money for the East Cheshire Hospice Charity.

Cape Wrath is the most North Westerly point of the UK mainland in Scotland and the marathon involves running 42km (26.2 miles) out and back to the lighthouse, but it also has a boat journey in the middle!
