The challenge

Our client wanted to develop an e-learning training programme to enhance the market access capabilities across the company. The training should ensure that payer views are considered during company decision making processes.

The solution

The interactive e-learning modules developed by Remap Consulting can be used across a range of platforms, including iPads and PCs. We also provided three 2 day interactive face-to-face workshops to embed the key payer-focused messages within the company.


The benefits

Because of the training, our client’s employees increased their understanding and awareness of payers and the global market access challenges faced by the company. The clinical development programmes now incorporate endpoints important to payers and the commercial team considers payers when planning marketing. Payers are now seen as key stakeholders for patient access across the product portfolio.
